Due to its short distance to the Great Salt Lake, the city was originally named "Great Salt Lake City." The word "great" was dropped from the official name in 1868. Utah is home of the “Greatest Snow on Earth” and hosted the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. The Pac-12 is represented by the Utah Utes. Our branch is managed by Brett Peterson, who was born and raised in the state of Utah and the Utes are his alma mater. Our branch is conveniently located with easy access to I-80, I-215 and I-15.
