YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Mckinney Trailer Rentals and its affiliates (“Mckinney” or “we”) collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from a User (“User” or “you”) of its website http://www.Mckinneytrailers.com/ (the “Mckinney website”) and any derivative or affiliated websites on which this Privacy Policy is posted. Such information we gather helps us understand what our customers want to see and do when visiting our site in an effort to build an interesting and useful online environment.
1.    Information Mckinney Gathers
We occasionally review common website statistics gathered by our site (and virtually all websites), including time and length of visits, pages visited, referring websites, and general internet service provider information. 3.    When Mckinney Shares Information It Receives
We are not in the business of selling User information to others. We do share User information, however, in connection with the ordinary operation of our business, which may include the following:
a.    Product and Service Providers. We may disclose personally identifiable information collected from Users to its trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners who will use the information for the purposes outlined above, as necessary to provide the services offered by Mckinney and to provide the Mckinney website itself, and for the specific purposes for which the information was collected. Our providers will have access to member information only to the extent that it assists them in performing their functions for our Users and customers.
e.    Merger or Sale of Business. We may disclose or transfer personally identifiable information collected from Users in connection with or in contemplation of a sale of our assets or business or a merger, consolidation or other reorganization of its business.
4.    Security of Your Information
We work to protect the security of your information by using the same industry standard security measures we use to protect our own proprietary information. In addition, Mckinney is not in the business of selling customer information; therefore, you can be assured that your information will not be sold in the normal course of Mckinney’s business. 5.    How You Can Remove or Modify Information (Opt-Out)
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we receive from you is accurate and kept up to date. Please note that in certain circumstances, Mckinney may not be able to remove a User’s information from its systems. For example, Mckinney may retain a User’s personal information for legitimate business purposes if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law or as retained in Mckinney’s data backup systems. However, all retained personally identifiable information will continue to be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy to which the User has previously agreed.
6.    Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of the State of California, under the California Civil Code, you have the right to request from companies conducting business in California a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed personal information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes. Alternatively, the law provides that if a company has a privacy policy that gives either an opt-out or opt-in choice for use of your personal information by third parties (such as advertisers) for marketing purposes, the company may instead provide you with information on how to exercise your disclosure choice options.
We are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your personal information for marketing purposes during the preceding year.
7.    Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will give you notice of the revised Privacy Policy by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Mckinney website and by revising the "effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current Privacy Policy. The continued use of the Mckinney website following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes an acceptance of those changes.
